The grappa is obtained only from the distillation of Pinot Grigio marcs; they are fermented after the separation of the skins from the must; the distillation is partly done using the “Napoletano” copper alembic method with a bain- marie, and partly via the vacuum process so as to obtain the low-temperature distillation point needed to obtain a greater quantity of the aromas contained in the characteristic marc of the vine.
The grappa is refined in durmast oak kegs of Limousine essence.
Shiny amber with shades of aged walnut wood.
Refined, elegant, of ripe fruit and raisins.
